June 15th Newsmaker Brandon MacKenzie
Our Newsmaker Series continued Monday June 15 with a very special young man. Ten year old Brandon MacKenzie was diagnosed with a brain tumour in March and has undergone 28 radiation treatments in Halifax. 2015 Downton Abbey Tea
The Chestico Tea Ladies will host another Downton Abbey Tea at Hillcrest Hall on Sunday, July 5th at 2 pm. Port Hood Newsmakers at the Chestico Museum
During the past year a number of Port Hood people have been newsmakers in the provincial papers, National Geographic magazine and on national television. The Chestico Museum will sponsor a series of Ceilidh evenings in June to hear the behind the scenes story from three of these newsmakers.
