The Chestico Museum summer ceilidh series continues on Thursday, July 9th at 7 PM at the museum. This week, we are pleased to welcome Dawn & Margie Beaton and Hughie John Beaton. Admission is $5 and tea and light refreshments will be served following the show. We hope to see you there!

July 2nd Ceilidh
The first ceilidh of the Chestico Museum’s summer ceilidh series was held at the museum July 2nd. Entertaining were Kolten MacDonell on fiddle, Jeanette MacDonald on keyboard, Lynn Chisholm on guitar and vocals and Highland Dancing was performed by Alexandra McLennan.
Lives of Service Exhibit
The feature exhibit for 2009 at the Chestico Museum is entitled Lives of Service. It is dedicated to the men and women of the Port Hood area who entered religious life. Celtic Colours 2009
The 2009 Celtic Colours lineup has been announced. The Chestico Museum is pleased to once again be hosting two events. On Tuesday, October 13th at 1 PM, Storytellers Circle West will be held at the museum.
