Book Launch: “Cape Bretoners in the First World War”
On Thursday, August 28, 2014 Ronald Caplan, publisher of Breton Books, will be at the Chestico Museum to launch his latest work Cape Bretoners in the First World War: In Their Own Words. The sixth ceilidh of the Chestico Museum’s 2014 summer ceilidh series was held on August 14th and we had a really good crowd in attendance! We were pleased to have the talented Kyle MacDonald as our fiddler for the evening. Many people remembered Kyle from his excellent performance at this year’s Chestico Days Step Dancing Festival.
