Chestico Museum Giant Yard Sale

The Chestico Museum will hold its annual Yard Sale on Saturday, July 12th in Port Hood at the Al MacInnis Sports Centre. This will occur during the Port Hood Lobster Picnic. If you wish to donate items, please call John Gillies 787-3441 or Colleen Macleod 787-2251. Items may be stored in advance of the sale, in John Gillies’ barn.

Student Employment Opportunity

The Chestico Museum is currently accepting applications for a summer student for the 2014 season. The position is open to students who have been accepted at a post-secondary institution for full-time study beginning in September 2014. September Slideshow Series

This September, the Chestico Museum will present a series of narrated slideshows on Thursday evenings beginning at 7 PM. August 29, 2013 Ceilidh

The final ceilidh of the Chestico Museum’s 2013 summer ceilidh series was held on Thursday, August 29, 2013. We had a great crowd in attendance and they certainly were well entertained by a terrific line up of entertainment.
