The sixth ceilidh of the Chestico Museum’s summer ceilidh series took place at the museum on August 19th!
We had a fine fiddler in Shelly Campbell and she brought along Allan Dewar to accompany her on the piano.
Hughie John Beaton and his son Brian played guitar and sung some old favourites. “Good Night Irene” had everyone singing along!
Pat Quinn from Northern Ireland was back with us again this week with another story and we also had Wendy Powell singing some traditional songs.
Our youth guests for the night were the Wright children – Kaitlyn and Erica on piano and Jake on guitar.
