Access & Reference Workshop

The Chestico Museum was pleased to host the Council of Nova Scotia Archives(CNSA) Access and Reference workshop on September 23 and 24.  This workshop was part of the CNSA’s core curriculum.

The instructor of the workshop was Karen White who is an Archives Advisor with the CNSA.  Karen has a wealth of information about archival practices.

Nine people participated in the workshop and we definitely learned a lot during the two days!

CNSA Workshop

The Council of Nova Scotia Archives (CNSA) offers six basic courses in archival training which are given at member sites around the province.  This month, the Chestico Museum is pleased to host the Access & Reference workshop on September 23 and 24.

This workshop is part of the CNSA Archival Certificate Program.

The cost of the workshop is $100 and the registration deadline is September 15.
