The Chestico Museum’s 2010 summer ceilidh series got off to a rousing start on July 8th! We had a great line up of talent with Dara Smith on fiddle, accompanied by Marcellin Chiasson on guitar and mandolin and Lynn Chisholm on guitar and vocals. First Ceilidh of 2010!
The first ceilidh of our summer ceilidh series will be Thursday, July 8th at 7 PM at the museum. Our opening ceilidh will feature: Dara Smith – Fiddle Marcellin Chiasson – Guitar Lynn Chisholm – Guitar & Vocals Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for children. August 27 Ceilidh
The eighth and final ceilidh of the Chestico Museum’s summer ceilidh series was held at the museum on August 27th. Entertaining were Dara Smith on fiddle, Pius MacIsaac on guitar, Hughie John Beaton on guitar and vocals and Sandy Gillis, Edgar Cormier and Gerard Walker, also on guitar and vocals.
